Information on the processing of personal data
under art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

For any request about your data, write to am@casebellavista.com.
From the forms on this site: your name, email address, phone number and the
message you leave, if you leave one. Anything else you choose to tell us,
such as the area or the budget you have in mind, we collect only because
you wrote it.
The site also records technical browsing data, such as your IP address,
the date and time of the request and your browser type. We use these to run
the site and to see which pages are read, in aggregated and anonymous form.
1. To reply to you about the property you asked about, send you the property
file and arrange a viewing.
Legal basis: art. 6.1.b GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract.
This needs no consent from you: you wrote to us.
2. To send you our newsletter with new property proposals.
Legal basis: art. 6.1.a GDPR, your consent, which is freely given and which
you may withdraw whenever you like. If you do not give it, we still reply
to you about the property.
3. To share your details with the partner agency handling a property, where
the property you are interested in is handled by a partner.
Legal basis: art. 6.1.a GDPR, a separate consent. The partner becomes an
independent controller for its own communications. Refusing changes nothing
else.
4. To meet legal, tax and anti money laundering obligations, and to defend our
rights in case of a dispute.
Legal basis: art. 6.1.c and 6.1.f GDPR.
Our newsletters contain a pixel that tells us whether and when the email was
opened. We use it so we do not send you the same thing twice. If you would
rather stay on the list without being tracked, reply to any of our emails with
the words NO PIXEL: we switch it off for your address and you keep receiving
the proposals.
To stop receiving anything, use the unsubscribe link at the foot of every
email, or reply with the word UNSUBSCRIBE.
This site uses no profiling cookies and hosts no third party trackers.
Your browser keeps only a few technical values, such as the language you chose
and the properties you marked as favourites. They are not passed to anyone.
That is why we do not ask you for cookie consent: there is nothing to consent
to. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will write it here and
ask for your consent first.
Your data are handled by us and by the suppliers that give us our working
tools: our CRM platform, the service that sends the emails, the hosting
service. They act as processors, on our instructions and under contract.
Partner agencies receive your data only with the separate consent under
point 3.
Some of these suppliers have servers outside the European Economic Area.
Such transfers rest on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the
European Commission.
Beyond this, your data are disclosed to no one, unless an Authority requires it.
Until you withdraw your consent, and in any case no longer than ten years
from our last contact. Data tied to tax obligations we keep for the period
the law prescribes.
You may ask us at any time to see your data, correct them, erase them, limit
their use or move them elsewhere, and you may object to the processing.
You may withdraw your consent, either in full or for one channel only, without
this affecting what was done before.

No. Without a name and one contact detail, though, we cannot reply to you
about the property, because we would not know where to write.
Our services are addressed to adults.
If we change anything substantial, we publish the new version here with its
date. The current one is the version of 8 November 2026.
