What can your villa earn in a season?
Five fields: we reply with a per-season estimate and the terms. No obligation, no exclusivity required for the estimate.
What the figure depends on
- The season. July and August are worth more than the rest of the year together; May, June and September hold up well with events and weddings.
- The position on the lake. Direct shoreline, a boathouse or a jetty change the figure more than the floor area: what is rented is the view and the access to the water.
- Bedrooms and sleeping places. The weekly price grows in steps: six bedrooms and twelve guests are a different market from four bedrooms.
- Pool, air conditioning, condition of the house. These are not details: without a pool the villa drops out of half the summer searches.
What management covers
- Selected international guests, contracts and deposits in order.
- Full management: welcome, cleaning, maintenance and compliance.
- Income estimate per season before starting, with no obligation.
How it works
- You send us five details. We reply with a per-season estimate and the terms, usually within two working days.
- We come to see the house. The estimate is confirmed only after a visit: photographs show neither the acoustics nor the afternoon sun.
- You decide. The estimate requires no exclusivity and no commitment: if the figures do not convince you, we part as friends.
